I love this year's Mooncake Festival!

But after a mere five mins
I KNOW WE CHOSE THE WRONG LOCATION!
It was infested with unknown insects which left me with FOUR huge swellings
And there's also NO mooncake fest ambience
If I am not wrong there's only around 5-10 people
What a contrast to last year's punggol park

We almost poisoned ourselves with the many cheapo sparklers
Nonetheless it had been a real FUN!

Talking about school
It's been a disaster
Presentation and projects are really driving me to the wall
Thank god there's capoeira!
I totally love it though I sux at it

Two excited pals went for Caldecott Bazaar on Saturday
Thinking we would come back with whoopee good deals

After less than an hour
We came out of that ulu place, empty-handed
Ironically, I swear everyone was loading MANY MANY items
So what if it's as cheap as $5 for a miss selfridge cardigan
The stains on the clothings were damn obvious
And the materials were either too thin or too thick

Went Bugis Starbucks to mug
It just reminded me of how I endured my alevels

I love Bugis Street!

My instructor said that I have good coordination

I no longer tong shou tong jiao le!!

Happy Belated Teacher's Day!

I have never ever thought that I would receive any gift for that occassion
Let alone from my new tutee
She's really sweet
Even though she really frustrates me with all those problem sums explanations over and over again
But she's still my lil sweet girl
HAHA

This reminded me of my primary sch-o-days
Esp on teacher's day
I rmbered giving them flowers and maybe table decorations
But till now I still have no idea why I gave the following items to a form teacher:

1. Darlie toothpaste
2. A toilet roll
3. Lux soaps

All wrapped up nicely in a piece of NEWSPAPER!

Maybe at that time I thought I am quite creative
But it's damn DUMB and CHEAPO la
Like sending her a basic survival kit

No wonder I got the feeling she liked to pick on me

I am enjoying every moment of my capoeira sessions

The gingas (sways), the kicks, the defence, the random push-ups, the sweat, the instruments, the cheers, the fun of switching partners
2.5 hrs, twice a week
I have never been so healthy

Apart from the muscle ache and bruises
And the rule that you MUST look into the eyes of your opponent
Well, all is fine I suppose

It would be BEST if I could do a cartwheel

Capoeira is FUN
It actually emphasizes more on hand-leg coordination
Rather than doing somersault

How, I can't coordinate well

And ouch my butt hurts from all those movements

After attending the first two lectures
I can say I REALLY DISLIKE FINANCE

Let me recall
Capital structure, acid-test ratio, what base year conversion
All those were bullshit to me

Argh and I have got a horrible timetable
A fully packed 4-day week!
Maybe I shouldn't complain too much
At least I got all my modules and tutorial slots

But still.

I am getting slightly sick of receiving these comments

"Hey, you look like one of my friends!"
"Were you from XXX? You look so familiar."
"You look like my teacher."


I am going to wear specs everyday
