I am enjoying every moment of my capoeira sessions

The gingas (sways), the kicks, the defence, the random push-ups, the sweat, the instruments, the cheers, the fun of switching partners
2.5 hrs, twice a week
I have never been so healthy

Apart from the muscle ache and bruises
And the rule that you MUST look into the eyes of your opponent
Well, all is fine I suppose

It would be BEST if I could do a cartwheel

Capoeira is FUN
It actually emphasizes more on hand-leg coordination
Rather than doing somersault

How, I can't coordinate well

And ouch my butt hurts from all those movements

After attending the first two lectures
I can say I REALLY DISLIKE FINANCE

Let me recall
Capital structure, acid-test ratio, what base year conversion
All those were bullshit to me

Argh and I have got a horrible timetable
A fully packed 4-day week!
Maybe I shouldn't complain too much
At least I got all my modules and tutorial slots

But still.

I am getting slightly sick of receiving these comments

"Hey, you look like one of my friends!"
"Were you from XXX? You look so familiar."
"You look like my teacher."


I am going to wear specs everyday

Talking about the new semester
I guess it's all about 2nd hand textbooks, boring lectures and my old baa baa eyecandy

Had a fulfilling weekend =)

Rag Day = Ugly sunburns + Slight headache + Distress

I am damn embarrassed by the pics I took
Especially those taken during the prize presentation and biz cheering sessions

For instance, when biz emerged as the overall faculty champion
I didn't even stand IN FRONT of them la!!
In fact, I was squeezed to the corner by other more pro male photographers
So, really bo pian had to take from the corner
SOOOOO NOT PROFESSIONAL!
Worse still, it was circulated to every bizader
But can't help cos I was their only photographer

Because I couldn't turn on the flash
Pictures at the presentation ceremony and thereafter were d-a-r-k

BUT I swear the performance pics are MUCH nicer
