1) Tidbits aren't compulsory
I do not have to force myself to kop one or two pieces to make my money worthwhile
2) Service charge isn't included
I do not have to invite any crew with an ultra sulky face that turns my day off

And I think the charges are standard regardless it's weekday or weekend!
